PRENTICE, Justice.

Following a trial by jury Defendant (Appellant) was convicted of murder, Ind. Code § 35-42-1-1(1) (Burns 1979), and murder while committing robbery (felony murder), IC 35-42-1-1(2) (Burns 1979). The trial court properly merged the murder conviction into the felony murder conviction, and sentenced Defendant to an enhanced term of 50 years imprisonment.
