Plaintiff-appellant Wilmot H. Simonson Co. sought declaratory relief and liquidated damages for an alleged breach of a covenant not to compete. It now appeals from the district court's entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Green Textile Associates, Inc. (GTA) and Maurice J. Simon (Simon). We affirm.
