The People, pursuant to C.A.R. 4.1 and section 16-12-102, 8 C.R.S. (1978), appeal the trial court's order prohibiting the introduction of certain evidence by the prosecution against the defendant, Joseph A. Bell, in a pending criminal prosecution. The trial court in essence concluded that a police officer's decision to stop a vehicle in which defendant was a passenger was not based upon reasonable suspicion that the defendant had recently engaged...
