Cagle, Jr. The trial court held in favor of the plaintiff law firm and against Kenneth H. Cagle, Jr. in the amount of $14,683.70. Plaintiff's suit as to the three other named defendants, i.e., Kenneth H. Cagle, Sr., Joe M. Cagle, Sr., and The Cagle Partnership, was ordered dismissed.
