This is an appeal from a judgment for the creditor in a suit tried without a jury on a guaranty agreement. Walker-Kurth Lumber Company (Walker-Kurth) sued appellant in his capacity as guarantor for the unpaid debts at Clarco, Inc., a Texas corporation.
