This matter is before the Court on Petitioner's petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. He was sentenced to a life term with possibility of parole after conviction by a Nevada district court jury of first-degree murder. The conviction was on April 15, 1975. He was released on parole in 1984, so that his petition now is aimed at release from the restraints of the conditions...
