The district court found in favor of plaintiff 1616 Reminc Limited Partnership (hereinafter "Reminc")1 on its breach of contract claim, and found in favor of defendant Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company (hereinafter "Commonwealth") on a counterclaim for certain attorney's fees against Reminc.
