OPINION

LANSING, Judge.

Appellant Renae Rullman sustained serious injuries when she was criminally assaulted on premises owned by respondent Helen Fisher and leased to third-party defendant Stacey Greene. Rullman appeals a summary judgment in favor of Fisher. We affirm.
