Defendant, Richard Wayne McGuire, pleaded guilty in two cases, each charging attempted first degree sexual offense. In the first case, 84CRS15800 (Case `800), the victim was an eight-year-old boy and defendant was sentenced to eight years imprisonment. In the second case, 84CRS15801 (Case '801), the victim was a four-year-old boy, and defendant was sentenced to a ten-year term to run consecutively with the sentence imposed in Case `800.
