This case involves a disciplinary proceeding instituted by the Bar Committee of the Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Bar against respondent, Forriss D. Elliott. The Committee found probable cause that respondent was guilty of professional misconduct and filed an information in this Court. We appointed Hon. Michael F. Godfrey, Circuit Judge, Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit, as special master. After hearing, the special master made findings...
