This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County. After pleading guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, appellant, Keith David Chestnut, was sentenced to a minimum of five days and a maximum of 23 months incarceration.
