This is a redhibitory action against the intermediate seller (dealer) and manufacturer of a 1981 Renault 18i. The dealer filed a third party demand against the manufacturer for indemnity and attorney fees. Judgment was rendered rescinding the sale of the vehicle and awarding plaintiffs restitution from the defendants in solido in the amounts of $9,500 for the return of the purchase price, $1,640.34 for finance charges paid by plaintiffs, and $505.60...
