The parties to this suit were divorced on June 25, 1979, at which time appellee was awarded custody of their eight-year-old son, Chad. Nearly four years later, appellant filed this action, seeking custody of Chad. The trial court denied appellant's request, but increased his summertime visitation. On appeal, appellant contends the trial court's decision is against the preponderance of the evidence.
