OPINION

SAM BASS, Justice.

This is an appeal from the sale and division of homestead proceeds pursuant to a divorce decree.

We affirm.

In January 1984, the trial court entered a decree of divorce that provided, inter alia, that the parties were to share equally in the proceeds from the sale of their homestead, known as the Coward Creek property.
