Appellant was convicted of murder in a bench trial and sentenced to thirty years incarceration at the Texas Department of Corrections.

The San Antonio Court of Appeals affirmed, concluding that sufficient evidence was adduced to show that appellant "directly" caused the death of Julius Alfred Dess and that, therefore, appellant was not entitled to immunity under an agreement...
