Respondent appeals as of right from a probate court order terminating his parental rights pursuant to the Michigan Adoption Code, MCL 710.51(6); MSA 27.3178(555.51)(6). Respondent raises questions concerning statutory construction and his right to a jury trial at the adoption proceeding. We affirm.
