Plaintiff-appellant, Charles George, filed this suit on November 28, 1983 against defendant-appellee, Aztec Rental Center, Incorporated, his former employer, claiming that his employer's July 1981 discharge of him violated section 11(c) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 U.S.C. § 660(c), in that the discharge was in retaliation for plaintiff's having made complaints to the Department of Labor about allegedly dangerous conditions...
