Petitioner-appellant, Teresa Romines (Teresa), appeals the trial court's decision to allow her parents, intervenor-appellees, Marion and Ella Louise Romines (Grandparents) to retain custody of Teresa's daughter, Jennifer Fay McGuire (Jennifer), contending the decision is contrary to the evidence and the law and an abuse of discretion.
