This appeal is from an order of the Probate Court allowing the claim of the Ramsey County Community Human Services Department against the estate of Amelia Turner for recoupment of medical assistance payments. The Probate court found that although Minn.Stat. § 256B.15 (1984) does create a separate class of persons for different treatment based on age, the classification is rationally related to a legitimate government purpose...
