OPINION

HOPKINS, Justice.

This is an appeal of a conviction for aggravated sexual assault. Upon a plea of "not guilty", a jury found the defendant "guilty" and assessed his punishment at 99 years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.

We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
