Richard M. Taylor, Jr. ("debtor") filed a petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 ("the Code") on November 18, 1983. The notice sent to creditors pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2002 described the case as a "no-asset" case in that the schedules revealed no assets from which a dividend could be paid.
