Judgment reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law and the facts, with costs, and it is declared that the 1937 Building Zone Ordinance of the Incorporated Village of East Hills was not invalidly enacted and the May 12, 1949 amendment to and June 5, 1957 recodification of the 1937 Building Zone Ordinance were not improper exercises of the village's power.
