The defendant, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company (Commonwealth), appeals a judgment in favor of its insureds, R.D. Bozeman1 and Charles L. Valluzzo (Bozeman and Valluzzo), for losses sustained because of the unmarketability of the title to a tract of land located in East Baton Rouge Parish.
