In this wrongful death and survival action based on allegations of medical malpractice, the jury returned a verdict in amount $1,002,089.03 against defendants Grays Harbor Community Hospital and Samuel F. Nebel, M.D. From a judgment entered on the verdict, these two defendants appealed to the Court of Appeals.
