This is a workers' compensation case. Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. arts. 8306 et seq. (Vernon 1967 & Supp.1985). The jury failed to find that Joe Mayo was an employee or borrowed employee of Lawrence Ward Trucking, Incorporated, an insured of appellee Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company.
