The Supreme Court of the United States has held that a residency requirement for the taking of a bar examination contravenes the Privileges and Immunities Clause of the Constitution. New Hampshire v. Piper, ___ U.S. ___, 105 S.Ct. 1272, 84 L.Ed.2d 205 (1985).
