John and Barbara Talmage, husband and wife, herein referred to as "Talmage", entered into a licensing agreement in 1978 with Comprehensive Accounting Corporation, herein referred to as "CAC", which permitted Talmage to use CAC's system of accounting and soliciting accounts.
