This appeal arises out of a dispute over the construction of the residuary clause in the will of C.C. Robison, the brother of the appellant and the uncle of the appellees. The issue to be decided is whether the testator intended to give a portion of his residuary estate to any of his nieces and nephews if any of his brothers...
