Defendants Larry Rogers, Stanley Sherwood, and the City of Des Moines appeal with our permission in a civil tort action from an interlocutory order directing the production, for discovery purposes, of documents prepared by the Internal Affairs Unit of the Des Moines police department. We reverse.
