This is an appeal from the trial court's order directing that the balances in several multi-party accounts held by decedent Albert Darsow and appellant Hazel Rech should be returned to the probate estate. Appellant disputes the trial court's findings that: 1) some of the accounts were not properly established, 2) the respondent showed by clear and convincing evidence that decedent did not intend appellant to have survivorship rights...
