OPINION

BRETT, Judge:

Michael Eugene Harmon was convicted of Murder in the First Degree in the District Court of Cleveland County, Case No. CRF-82-248, pursuant to 21 O.S. 1981, § 701.7(B). A verdict of life imprisonment1 was returned by the jury, and judgment and sentence was imposed in accordance with the jury's verdict.
