This matter comes before the Court on the complaint by the plaintiff, Dominion National Bank ("Dominion"), to determine the dischargeability of a debt owed by the defendant, Clinton Ray Gantt ("Gantt"), pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). Gantt filed an answer denying the allegation of Dominion and further alleging that Dominion violated Truth in Lending procedures under Federal Reserve Regulation...
