ADKINS, Justice.

This cause is before the Court on direct appeal from a circuit court judgment adjudicating Lloyd Duest guilty of first-degree murder for which the sentence of death was imposed. This Court has jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. We affirm the conviction and sentence.
