Relator appeals from the Commissioner of Economic Security representative's decision that respondent discharged relator for misconduct under Minn.Stat. § 268.09 subd. 1(2) (1984), thereby disqualifying relator from eligibility for unemployment benefits. The Commissioner's representative reversed a referee's determination that relator's confrontation with a co-worker was an isolated hotheaded incident that did not rise to a level...
