This case comes to us on the preliminary objections of defendant Lukens, Inc. The issue presented is whether the exposure to asbestos of Benjamin Pilotti, while he was working on defendant's premises as the president of the United Steel Workers of America Local 1165, was a hazard faced in the course of his employment with defendant. We hold that his duties as a union official were in the course of his employment and, thus, his remedy...
