This is another in a series of cases challenging the Omnibus DWI Act. Ark.Stat. Ann. §§ 75-1031.1, 75-1045, 75-2501-75-2514 (Supp.1983). Gregory C. Sparrow, the appellant, was found guilty of speeding and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.10%.
