Appellant, John Kinzer, appeals from two orders of the Nicollet County Court. The first, issued from the bench on March 25, 1985, found that jurisdiction and venue were proper. The second authorized imposition of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) by a written order dated March 28, 1985. Respondent, Minnesota Security Hospital, moves to dismiss this appeal as moot.
