Plaintiff-Appellee, Anthony Greenhouse, seeks to collect insurance benefits for the total loss of his 1978 Ford Fairmont Futura.

Greenhouse bought the car for $4,200.00 in early 1982. He reported the loss to his insurer, Southern Security Insurance Company in March 1983.
