Plaintiff, a truck driver for defendant Roadway Express, Inc., drove his tractor-trailer rig to defendant's terminal in Ann Arbor. Plaintiff began unhitching the trailer. When plaintiff unhooked the brake lines, the tractor rolled forward, striking plaintiff down and running over his left hand and chest.
