Pursuant to defendant's pretrial motions, the trial court issued written orders striking plaintiff's demand for a jury trial and prohibiting plaintiff from collecting any damages or presenting any evidence of damages accruing after the date of his retirement. Plaintiff was granted leave to appeal the interlocutory orders.
