MEMORANDUM.

The orders of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Indictments charging defendants with attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance were dismissed for legal insufficiency of the evidence before the Grand Jury, a conclusion affirmed by the Appellate Division. The testimony before the Grand Jury established that informant "JWB" met with defendants, to whom he had previously sold cocaine...
