Bobby James Moore, appellant, appeals his conviction by a jury for committing the offense of capital murder. It was alleged in the indictment that is on file in this cause that the appellant "heretofore on or about APRIL 25, 1980, did then and there unlawfully while in the course of committing and attempting to commit the Robbery of James McCarble, hereafter styled the Complainant, intentionally cause[d] the death of the Complainant...
