Joan Bayoud and Linna Edwards, d/b/a Atrium Boutique, filed suit against Trammel Crow, Jr., Trammel Crow, Sr., William Cooper, and the Dallas Market Center Company on theories of deceptive trade practices and constructive fraud for damages resulting from the breach of an oral lease renewal option.
