OPINION

LESLIE, Judge.

This is an appeal by a defendant from a conviction of assault in the second degree, Minn.Stat. § 609.222 (1984). Defendant raises a number of issues involving prosecutorial misconduct, discovery, Spreigl evidence, validity of the search, and sufficiency of the evidence. We affirm.
