PER CURIAM.

Richard Plamondon brought this dramshop action for injuries suffered in an automobile accident. The driver of the truck in which Plamondon was riding, William Matthews, was named as a defendant. Also named was Eerbeeck-O'Neill Enterprises, doing business as Keg & Kettle Bar (hereinafter Bar), the establishment where Plamondon and Matthews had been served alcoholic beverages prior to the accident.
