The Plaintiff, Ida Jane Steele, filed the complaint instituting this action on January 16, 1985, alleging malicious use of civil process and/or abuse of process by the Defendant. Plaintiff's complaint further alleges that Defendant's actions were willful, deliberate and so outrageous as to give rise to punitive damages.
