OPINION

PER CURIAM:

Robert Jesch was diagnosed as having malignant mesothelioma involving the right lung in March 1982. Mr. Jesch elected surgical intervention, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. All treatment modalities proved unsuccessful and there was spread of the disease into the opposite lung, and nodes of the neck and scalp. On June 21, 1982, Mr. Jesch died.
