The appellant Vincent Keith was convicted of armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and assault and battery with intent to kill. The trial judge sentenced him to 25 years for armed robbery, 20 years for assault and battery with intent to kill, and five years for conspiracy to commit armed robbery, the sentences to run consecutively....
