R.R. Reeves, Jr., plaintiff-appellee, instituted this action against Celestron, Inc., defendant-appellant, in order to enforce a sales contract between Mr. Reeves and Astronomical Unit of Little Rock, Ark., which was an authorized dealer of Celestron telescopes.
