This appeal is from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict awarding the appellants thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000). Appellants' appeal raises four issues which are set out in the following fashion:

"I. Did the trial court err when it instructed the jury that the only basis upon which punitive damages could be awarded is upon a finding that appellee was guilty of `willful and wanton misconduct' and refused to allow consideration of...
